Directly with sponsors
Our engagement leads report to the accountable sponsor — CIO, CTO, program sponsor — and are contactable at that level throughout.
Company
NT REDCONN is a European boutique consulting firm specialising in the delivery of complex payments and banking technology programs for financial institutions.
Who We Are
NT REDCONN operates as a small, senior consulting firm. Our consultants are drawn from payments delivery, banking transformation and release-management leadership backgrounds — not from generalist consulting career paths.
We choose engagements deliberately. Our project teams work where they can make a material difference to program outcomes, and where clients value judgment and discretion as much as capacity.
We are not a staffing firm and we do not scale to headcount. We scale to responsibility.

How We Work
Our engagements share a common temperament: calm under pressure, structured in method, and unambiguous about what we own.
Our engagement leads report to the accountable sponsor — CIO, CTO, program sponsor — and are contactable at that level throughout.
Our consultants take operational positions where required and are measured on the same delivery outcomes as the program itself.
We take clear positions in writing on risk, readiness and recommendation. Sponsors are not left inferring our view.
Consulting Model
Every engagement is led by senior consultants with genuine banking-delivery experience.
We operate as part of the program, not adjacent to it — with clear roles and accountabilities.
Governance and reporting proportionate to the program's risk profile and stakeholder audience.
Constructive external perspective, calibrated to the sponsor's needs and delivery reality.
Advisory, embedded delivery leadership, or independent assurance — sized to the mandate.
Core Principles
We reduce ambiguity before we add structure. Programs fail slowly when nobody names what is unclear.
We treat plans, evidence, control and cadence as first-class instruments — not as reporting artefacts.
We disagree well. Sponsors are served by honest, well-argued challenge rather than agreeable silence.
Governance should let leadership see clearly and decide early. We design it that way.
Readiness is an evidenced criterion, not a state of mind. We hold that line at critical milestones.
Our consultants take positions and stand behind them, in writing, at the level of the sponsor.
International Delivery
Banking technology programs rarely respect a single geography. Our project teams are experienced working across cross-border delivery environments, with stakeholders and vendors distributed across multiple time zones, regulatory regimes and operating models.
We adapt cadence, governance and reporting to the reality of multi-stakeholder delivery — while keeping the standard of clarity and evidence consistent regardless of where a program's people happen to sit.
